What does the DeepestSleep neuroacoustic software do?

What will it feel like during a DeepestSleep journey?
Just press play when you want to fall asleep. You will drift off to sleep while listening to the selected journey. If you wake in the middle of the night (which many adults over the age of 40 do), this will put you back to sleep.
How do I know if it’s working?
After your DeepestSleep journey:

The 8 and 10-hour software tracks include the same initial 50-minute neuroscience technology that guides you to delta brain waves for sleep onset. At hour 4 of both the 8 and 10-hour sessions, the initial 50-minute physics returns for guidance to either stay asleep or go back to sleep.

DeepestSleep protocols
For sleep prep
- Select an 8 or 10-hour DeepestSleep journey while you are getting ready for bed (personal hygiene, reading, etc.). Restart DeepestSleep when you are ready to fall asleep for the night.
For sleep onset
- Select an 8 or 10-hour DeepestSleep journey when you are ready to fall asleep for the night. The longer journeys provide audio continuity throughout the night and encourage continued sleep with the return of the physics at hour 4.
We do not recommend restarting DeepestSleep 3-4 hours before your desired wake-up time as it can cause lethargy and sluggishness.
