What is the NuCalm Natural End Point?
What is the Rescue, PowerNap, or FlowState “Natural Endpoint”?
Your natural endpoint means that you end your NuCalm recovery session whenever you naturally “wake up” or start to be aware of your surroundings again, the same way you would after a nap. Some signs of your natural endpoint include:
- feeling alert and more aware of your surroundings
- your body feels lighter
- you start thinking about your “to do’s”
- moving around
- faster-breathing pace.
Ideally (or if your schedule allows), you want to try to go to your natural endpoint whenever doing a NuCalm Rescue, PowerNap, or FlowState session.
Your body will tell you how long your NuCalm Rescue, PowerNap, or FlowState session needs to be. The best way to achieve homeostasis or balance is to “wake up” or finish a session naturally.
If you don’t have time to go to your natural endpoint, choose a session length that allows for the maximum amount of time you have. Similar to other healthy habits, a regular routine is essential for short-term results and long-term health and wellness.
