How do I use NuCalm?
Step 1: From the home screen of the app, select the state of mind you’d like to achieve by choosing a product (Rescue, FlowState, PowerNap, DeepSleep, Focus, or Ignite)
Step 2: Wear an eye mask for the Rescue, FlowState, and PowerNap products.
Step 3: Put on high-quality headphones. For the DeepSleep Journey, utilize an external speaker.
Step 4: Press Play and enjoy your NuCalm experience!
Don’t forget to turn on Do Not Disturb!
